The Napkin Affair

Speaking of lunch and dinners, there's also a system for the napkins.

The dining room has a little nook with cubby-holes for each room. In each slot is a plastic envelope, one for every person, and inside each envelope is that person's napkin. You get it at the beginning of each meal, and you fold it and put it back at the end. You're pretty screwed if you spill sauce on it or use it to blow your nose, because they only wash them once a week.

I'm not sure if they're being green or if it's just traditional, but...kinda ewww!
