Champs Elysees vs. Naf Naf

Since Gina and Don skipped the last day of class, they went to the Champs Elysees to hang out and look for the Givenchy Store, as Gina's late uncle used to be CEO of the fashion house in the 80s.

So I called them after class to see where they were. Gina answered and said to hurry and meet them at Cafe Tivoli, that since it was Don's second to last day, she wanted to treat for lunch. I made it to the cafe a little bit late, (I blame it on traffic, the metro, and german tourists that would not get out of my way), so they had already had appetizers, but we had a nice lunch within view of the Arc de Triomphe.

Afterwards, we walked up and down Avenue doing some window shopping. Well, window shopping until we lost Gina to a Naf Naf store.

We waited outside, but after about an hour, we formed a recon party, well more like one of those teams that rescue people from cults, and went into the jungle of sparkly t-shirts and skinny jeans that is Naf Naf. Don finally found her in one of the dressing rooms so she hustled, paid for her purchases, and we were out.

Originally, Gina had wanted to go to the asylum where they had held the Marquis de Sade, but since Don was against it (too debauched and sinful), we decided to instead take the metro and go hang out by the Pompidou Center fountain for a bit.
